We have used the Red and Black kitchen scissors for several months and they are well-made and easy to keep clean.
However, one small problem: the nut which holds the bolt has fallen off and lost. I looked at the screw threads on the bolt using a magnifying glass and the threads seem to be degraded. I think this is what caused the nut to some loose too easily. Other than that, we think this is a great and durable product.
