Returns & Exchanges

Contac us in any case if you want to Return/Exchange your purchased item.

The return package must be shipped back to us within the warranty window from the date your package is delivered.

Gerior will provide a pre-paid label for anything that was damaged, miss fulfilled, or defective. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the return please allow 6-10 days business to process the replacement. All return package will be processed through our inspection department for approval. . We cannot accept customers' returns or exchanges if it is over the warranty window.

After we receive your exchange product, the handling and shipping times are the same as your product purchase.
