Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason. This applies to all purchases, including sale items.

How to return
1. Email support@gerior.com with your order number and "Return" in the subject.
2. We'll send you return instructions.
3. Send the product back in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund goes to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return shipping
If the return is not related to a quality issue, the customer pays return shipping. If the product is defective or damaged, we cover it.

Defective or damaged on arrival?
Contact us within 30 days and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

After 30 days
Every Gerior product is protected by our Limited Lifetime Replacement Warranty (see Warranty Claim). If your product has a covered problem, we'll replace it.

International orders
For orders shipped outside the United States, warranty claims are handled the same way. We'll replace your product, and you'll pay the international shipping cost for the replacement. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee also applies to international orders; the customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.

Order changes and cancellations
You can cancel or change an order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, once the order has shipped, please use our return process.

Authorized sellers
Purchases from Amazon.com and Walmart.com are subject to those retailers' return policies for the first 30 days. Warranty claims for Gerior products purchased there are handled by Gerior with proof of purchase. Unauthorized reselling of Gerior products is prohibited.
